RoundCube makes it straightforward to compose and send email from your browser.

Compose a message

  1. Click Compose on the toolbar down the left-hand side.

  2. In the To field, type the recipient's email address. To send a copy to other people, use the Cc and Bcc options in the message header.

  3. Enter a Subject, then write your message in the body below. The formatting toolbar lets you style your text, add links, and more.

  4. To attach a file, click Attach on the toolbar (or use Attach a file in the panel on the right), then choose your file. Each attachment can be up to 50 MB.

  5. When you are ready, click Send at the bottom of the screen.

A copy of every message you send is saved automatically in your Sent folder, so you always have a record.
