How to create folders in RoundCube

Organise your email in RoundCube webmail by creating folders - here is how to add, manage, and remove them.

Folders help you keep your email organised in RoundCube. Here is how to create and manage them.

Create a folder

  1. Click Settings in the toolbar on the left, then Folders.

  2. Click Create in the toolbar above the folder list.

  3. Enter a name for the folder, choose a Parent folder if you want it nested inside another, and click Save.

Your new folder appears in the folder list, ready to use.

Manage folders

On the same Folders screen you can:

  • Show or hide a folder by ticking or unticking its subscribed checkbox.
  • Rename or delete a folder by selecting it and using the options below the list.
