How to enable HTTPS with ProSite

Learn how to fix the 'Not Secure' browser warning on your ProSite website by enabling forced HTTPS.

1 min read Updated 9 Jun 2026

If your ProSite website shows a 'Not Secure' warning in the browser, it means visitors are accessing it over an unencrypted http:// connection rather than the secure https:// one. Kualo provides a free SSL certificate with all hosting plans, so switching to HTTPS is straightforward.

Enable forced HTTPS in ProSite

  1. Log in to ProSite.
  2. Open the Cog menu and select Settings.
  3. On the General tab, tick Publish site with forced HTTPS.
  4. Click Apply.
  5. Re-publish your website for the change to take effect.

If the 'Not Secure' warning persists after re-publishing, allow a few minutes for the change to propagate, then clear your browser cache and reload the page.
