Create content with AI
Draft email paragraphs from a short prompt with the AI assistant, then refine them in your own voice.
MailMachine's AI can draft paragraphs for your emails from a short prompt - a real help when you're staring at a blank block or producing a lot of content. It's there to give you a strong starting point to refine, not to replace your own voice. This guide covers using it.
Generate a paragraph
- Create a campaign and start designing your email.
- Add a paragraph block.
- Select the block and click Write with AI on the right.
- Enter a prompt or topic - the more specific the better. For example, "Introduce our new product line" or "Highlight the benefits of our service".
- Click Generate.
- Review what comes back, choose the best option, and refine it to fit your message and brand.
Best practices
- Be specific in your prompt for better, more targeted output.
- Always review and edit - make the words yours, in your brand voice.
- Treat it as a starting point, not finished copy.
- Try a few prompts to get varied options.
- Combine AI with your own judgement for the best results.
Troubleshooting
No "Write with AI" button - make sure you've selected a paragraph block, that AI is included on your plan, and refresh the designer.
The output is off - give it a more specific, detailed prompt with context about your audience and tone, and try a few variations.
It doesn't match your brand voice - say so in the prompt (formal, casual, professional), then edit to align, and save prompts that work well.
