Landing pages are available on selected plans. If you don't see the Landing Pages option, it may not be included on your current plan - get in touch and we'll let you know your options.

A landing page is a standalone page built around a single goal - a newsletter signup, an event registration, a gated download. Because it removes the distractions of a full website and focuses on one call to action, it converts far better. This guide covers building one with the drag-and-drop designer, no coding needed.

Create a landing page

  1. Go to Audience Building, then Landing Pages.
  2. Click the + in the top right to start from a template.
  3. Click Edit page to open the designer.
  4. Turn on Smart branding (top right) to apply your brand colours - visible in preview, not the editor.
  5. Drag content blocks onto the page and remove what you don't need.
  6. Edit each block in the properties panel.

Content blocks

Build with text, images, buttons, forms, embedded video (YouTube, Vimeo and others), social blocks, dividers, custom HTML, and a menu block for one-page sites with navigation. If you're not using Smart branding, set the page background, width, fonts and colours in the Settings menu.

Add a form

Click the Form block to configure its fields - keep them minimal, with Email essential and a Permission checkbox for consent. On selected plans you can offer interests and apply tags. Each field has a label, placeholder, required/optional setting and optional default value.

Page settings

  • Slug and favicon - landing pages are hosted on our servers for now.
  • SEO settings - optimise the page for search engines.
  • Social share preview - control how it looks when shared.
  • Google and Meta tracking - connect your analytics to measure performance.

And for the form: which Audience the data goes to, double opt-in (recommended), redirections and reCAPTCHA.

Mobile and testing

Use mobile design mode (the mobile icon) to adjust the layout, font sizes and touch targets for phones. Then test the whole flow by subscribing through it yourself before you publish.

Best practices

  • One clear goal per page, with a compelling headline and an obvious call to action above the fold.
  • State the value plainly, and back it up with social proof - testimonials, reviews, trust badges.
  • Keep forms short - ask only for what you need.
  • Make it scannable - short paragraphs, bullet points, benefit-led copy.
  • Keep it fast - compress images and only load the scripts you need, especially for mobile.

Troubleshooting

The page won't load - clear your cache, test in private mode, and check the browser console for errors.

Form submission issues - confirm it's linked to an active list, required fields are marked, and the action is configured.

Display problems - make sure images are uploaded and reachable, and test across browsers.

Video won't play - check the URL is correct and the video is public.

Mobile rendering - test on real devices and review the mobile design settings.

If a landing page won't behave once live, open a support ticket.
