1 min read Updated 4 Jun 2026

Patchman protects your hosting account by automatically patching known vulnerabilities in popular applications and alerting you when other applications are running outdated versions.

Applications with automatic patching

Patchman can detect and patch security vulnerabilities in the following applications:

  • WordPress (3.0 and later)
  • Joomla (1.5.0 and later)
  • Drupal (5.0 and later)
  • osCommerce (2.2)
  • Magento (1.9.2.x and later)
  • WooCommerce (2.1.0 and later)
  • PrestaShop (1.6.0.1 and later)

Applications with outdated version checks

Patchman also monitors the following applications and will alert you if an outdated version is detected. These applications are not automatically patched, so it is important that you update them manually as soon as a new version is available.

  • Booked
  • Coppermine
  • Dolibarr
  • Dotproject
  • Feng Office
  • FrontAccounting
  • Gallery
  • LifeType
  • LimeSurvey
  • LinPHA
  • LiveHelperChat
  • MailPoet
  • MediaWiki
  • MODX
  • Nextcloud
  • NOCC
  • OpenBiblio
  • OpenCart
  • phpBB
  • phpESP
  • phpFusion
  • phpList
  • phpMyChat
  • phpScheduleIt
  • PhpWiki
  • Pligg
  • PyroCMS
  • SquirrelMail
  • TYPO3
  • vTiger
  • Wikiwig
  • XOOPS
  • YourLS
  • ZenPhoto

If your application appears in the outdated version checks list, Patchman will not apply fixes automatically. Keep it updated manually to avoid leaving known vulnerabilities open on your site.
