How do I access my control panel?

You can access your control panel directly via your domain name or through MyKualo at my.kualo.com.

You can access your control panel directly via your domain name or through MyKualo at my.kualo.com. If you have forgotten your password, you can reset it through MyKualo - see the section at the bottom of this article.

Accessing cPanel (web hosting customers)

If you are on a shared or business web hosting plan, you can log in to cPanel at:

https://www.yourdomain.com/cpanel

Replace yourdomain.com with your actual domain name.

You can also access cPanel directly from MyKualo:

  1. Log in to my.kualo.com.
  2. Go to My Services and select your hosting package.
  3. Click Login to cPanel.

Accessing WHM (reseller and dedicated server customers)

If you have a reseller account or a dedicated server, you can log in to WHM at:

https://www.yourdomain.com/whm

Replace yourdomain.com with your own domain name.

You can also access WHM via MyKualo:

  1. Log in to my.kualo.com.
  2. Go to My Services and select your reseller package or dedicated server.
  3. Click the relevant login link for WHM or cPanel.

Forgotten your password?

Our welcome emails do not include your password. If you have forgotten it, you can reset it through MyKualo:

  1. Log in to my.kualo.com.
  2. Go to My Services and select your hosting package.
  3. Use the password reset option to set a new cPanel or WHM password.
