# How to write a comment in WordPress

Leaving a comment on a WordPress blog post takes only a few steps. Here is how to do it.

## Writing a comment

1. Navigate to your blog and open the post you want to comment on.

2. Click **Leave a comment** below the post.

3. Type your comment in the text field.

4. Click **Post Comment**.

Your comment will appear beneath the post once it has been submitted.
