Beyond the headline click rate, MailMachine lets you see clicks link by link - which URLs got clicked, by whom, how many times, and on what kind of device. That detail is what lets you build segments of genuinely interested people and follow up with something relevant.

## See which links were clicked

1. Click **Campaigns**.
2. Open the campaign you want to evaluate, and select your sent campaign.
3. Under **Performance**, click **Performance by URL**.
4. Click **Show all** to see every link.
5. Click **# People visited this URL** next to a link to see exactly who clicked it.
6. Under **Contact Activity**, the **Clicked** tab lists everyone who clicked a link in the campaign.

Use that list to build a segment - say, everyone who clicked your main offer - and send them a tailored follow-up.

## Troubleshooting

**No click data for your links** - confirm link tracking is enabled, that links start with http:// or https://, and that they don't pass through a third-party shortener that blocks tracking. Test in preview before sending.

**Click counts don't match your website analytics** - email tracking and web analytics count differently, and bot clicks from security scanners can inflate email figures (you'll often see a burst right after sending). Time-zone differences between platforms can mislead too.

**Can't export click activity** - check your account permissions and any export limits, and try a smaller date range if the dataset is large.
