A consistent look builds trust, and MailMachine's **Brand Kit** lets you set the logo and colours that appear on your confirmation pages - the pages people see after they subscribe, confirm, or update their preferences. Setting these once keeps everything on-brand without any per-campaign fiddling.

## Set up your Brand Kit

1. Click **Brand Kit** in the **Settings** menu.
2. Upload your **logo**, or replace the existing one.
3. Set your **logo properties**. Click the logo you want to use as your **Primary** logo. A transparent PNG around 400 pixels wide by 200 pixels high works best.
4. Set the **title colour** for your confirmation pages. Click **Title Color** and pick from the palette.
5. Set the **paragraph colour** under **Paragraph Color**.
6. Set the **button text colour** under **Button Text Color**.
7. Set the **button background colour** under **Button Background Color** - choose something that complements your brand.
8. Set the **background colour** for the pages under **Background Color**.
9. Click **Preview** to see your changes, then **Publish** to apply them.

:::tip
Once your brand is in place, **Smart Templates** apply your logo and colours to new campaigns automatically, so your emails match your confirmation pages with very little effort. See **[Create and send a campaign](/knowledgebase/mailmachine-campaigns/creating-campaigns)**.

## Troubleshooting

**Logo upload fails** - keep the file under 2 MB, use PNG, JPG or JPEG, and aim for roughly 400x200 pixels. Converting to a transparent PNG usually helps.

**Colours don't show correctly** - clear your browser cache, make sure you clicked **Publish**, and allow a few minutes for the changes to propagate.

**Preview doesn't reflect your changes** - fill in every required field and save before previewing. A different browser sometimes helps.

**Branding doesn't appear on confirmation pages** - confirm you published after editing, and that you're working in the right account. Logging out and back in refreshes the settings.

**Can't access Brand Kit** - you'll need administrator or brand-manager permissions, and the feature must be included on your plan.
