Duplicating a campaign copies its template, content and recipient list into a new draft. It's the quickest way to run a recurring newsletter, reuse a structure you liked, or test changes to an existing campaign without starting over. This guide covers how.

## Duplicate a campaign

1. Go to **Campaigns**, then **Emails**, and find the draft or sent campaign you want to copy.
2. Click the **arrow** to its right to open the menu.
3. Select **Duplicate**.

The copy lands in your drafts, where you can change the list, the campaign details and the content as needed.

## Troubleshooting

**Duplication is slow** - large campaigns with lots of images take longer; check your connection and try off-peak.

**Content is missing after duplicating** - make sure all images are still in your library, that any custom HTML is compatible, and that dynamic-content sources are still active.

**The contact list didn't copy** - confirm the original list still exists and you have access; reselect it manually if needed.

**Template changes don't show** - clear your cache, save the duplicate before editing, and make sure you're editing the copy rather than the original.
