# My website statistics have not updated

Website statistics are typically updated overnight, but occasionally high server load or a software issue can delay processing. If your stats are more than 24 hours out of date, you can trigger a manual update yourself.

## Manually updating your statistics

1. Log in to your cPanel account.
2. Navigate to the **Metrics** section and click **AWStats**.
3. Find the domain you want to update and click **Run Report** (or **Update Now** if shown).

This will refresh your AWStats data immediately.
