# What happens if I'm late paying?

We send invoices around 15 days before they are due, and if you have a card on file we will automatically attempt to charge it on the due date.

If you cannot pay by the due date, please contact us via the helpdesk so we can make alternative arrangements - we will always do our best to work with you if you are having difficulty. If you miss the due date without getting in touch, we will send you reminder emails over the following days. If we have not heard from you within 10 days of the due date, your service may be suspended until payment is received.
