Domain Name Registrations
Unfortunately all domain name registrations are non-refundable. This is due to the fact that we are unable to receive refunds on the domain registrar fees.

Dedicated Servers
Dedicated servers can have their monthly fees refunded, although all setup fees are non-refundable. This is because when you order a dedicated server we are required to make a sizable hardware investment to fulfil the order. Servers sold in the bargain basement are excluded from this clause and may have both their monthly fees and setup fees fully refunded. In order to qualify for any form of refund you must not have violated any of our policies and must have used under 50% of your monthly bandwidth allocation.
