Are your reseller plans anonymous?[Return to Top]

We have made every effort to ensure that our reseller system is as anonymous as possible. Server hostnames do not feature our company name nor do any of the control panel systems. On our Starter, Advanced and Professional plans, you even get a set of branded nameservers such as ns1.yourbrand.com and ns2.yourbrand.com!

Can I brand the control panel?[Return to Top]

Yes! The control panel can be completely branded to suit your own company's identity.

Can I resell your reseller plans?[Return to Top]

Yes, you may resell our reseller plans in exchange for a 15% discount on the monthly, biannual or annual fee. Once you are enrolled as a reseller you will be provided with more information on how to go about this.

If you are considering selling your own reseller plans you may wish to consider our Cloud Hosting option, where you will have access to the server admin and could create your own reseller plans.

Can you migrate my existing web sites?[Return to Top]

Yes! We will migrate up to 50 web sites free of charge from your existing cPanel/WHM reseller account or server. If you have additional accounts to transfer we can assist with these also but additional accounts will incur a transfer charge - please contact us in advance if you have more than 50 accounts to migrate.

Can you support my customers?[Return to Top]

No. The main reason we are able to offer you such a great package at such a great price is because you deal directly with your customers, they do not seek support from us. Even if you are relatively new to this, you will find that in time, and through our extensive knowledge base and client community, you will very quickly be able to answer most of your clients' questions. Should you be sent a question you do not understand fully, we will be able to offer you our advice, which you can then relay to your customers.

If you wish to provide your customers with our hosting but want us to handle the support, then our 'affiliate program' would be more appropriate for you - where we'll pay you a commission for any sale you send out way.

Do I get my own nameservers?[Return to Top]

On the Starter, Advanced and Professional reseller plans, we include two custom nameservers. These would be in the format of ns1.yourdomain.com and ns2.yourdomain.com ensuring that we stay completely out of the picture as far as your clients are concerned. The Baby plan does not get it's own nameservers, however, you may of course use our unbranded nameservers.

How do I bill my customers?[Return to Top]

Ultimately this is your decision, our system does not lock you into any one particular billing method.

Our server software, cPanel, does have a full API so you are able to link your existing billing software with it, or write your own custom software. We would recommend using one of the pre-written billing systems designed for web hosting, which already integrate with cPanel. With our Advanced and Professional reseller plans, we include a license for WHMCS, which we feel is one of the best hosting billing solutions out there (we even use it ourselves). On the Baby and Starter plans we will provide the license for a small monthly fee, which is much less than what you would pay should you buy the license from WHMCS directly.

WHMCS integrates with more than 50 different payment gateways, such as PayPal, Authorize.net and SagePay so you can easily accept card payments online.

How soon can I get set up?[Return to Top]

We manually verify every reseller order to prevent fraud. Accounts are therefore normally set up within a few hours of receiving the order, although we guarantee you will wait no more than 24 hours.

Unlimited domains? Surely not...[Return to Top]

With the exception of the low-cost 'Baby' reseller plan, there is no hard limit on the number of web sites you may add to your reseller plan! Each plan must comply with our 'resource usage policy' which can be found here.

What servers do you run?[Return to Top]

Our latest servers have the latest Intel Xeon processors (8 or 12 cores) with 16GB RAM. The drives are all in a RAID array, which provides for protection in the event of drive failure as the data is distributed across multiple disks. We are able to replace any faulty disk without even bringing down the server.

Additionally, we utilize software that isolates every single account on the server. This means that no single account can overload the server for other customers as can happen on many other web hosts.

Which version of PHP do you run?[Return to Top]

This is one of our favourite questions! We don't run just one version, we run multiple versions! At the time of writing, we support 6 versions of PHP on our reseller servers. You will be able to select which version of PHP you use right down to a specific directory in the hosting account. This means that you can continue to run scripts which require older versions of PHP, or test whether your script runs on the latest version of PHP without any risk (as you can easily switch right back again!).
