What does this mean?
This means that if you wish to cancel your account within the first 60 days, for whatever reason, you will receive a full refund. That's a serious commitment to customer service. Just open a ticket for our accounts team and we'll take care of it for you. We'd really appreciate it if you can let us know why - if we could have done something better, it will help us improve our service for other customers in future.
Are there any exceptions?
Yes, there are a few exceptions. Our 60-day money back guarantee does not apply to Domain Name registrations, which are non-refundable by the domain name authorities. It also doesn't apply to our Cloud Hosting or Dedicated Hosting product lines which are covered under a 15-day money back guarantee.
This guarantee is also void if your account is in violation of any of our terms of service.
