Log into your my.kualo.com account any time 24/7. Just click the Helpdesk tab. You can normally expect to hear back from us in a few short minutes - where possible we strive to always reply within 15 minutes.

Abuse/Spam Reporting

To report spam originating from our network, or any other abuse related to a Kualo client, you may contact us by email on abuse@kualo.com.

If this should not be the case, we would encourage you to raise a ticket via our client portal directed to our accounts department. One of our team will respond and start work to put things right within 1 business day. Should you for any reason be unhappy with their resolution, you may at any time request that your case be escalated to one of our management team for further review. We endeavour to fully resolve any issue brought to our attention within 5 business days.
